AUTHOR IN PROGRESS

I think that I understood the topic and the main idea of the writing. It wasn't easy to understand because I felt that it wasn't at my reading level but I tried my best. I could have worked on some words and understanding the meanings and purpose of why he wrote it.

MAPPING MY MIND

I am still learning how to use the page. It is confusing because people add whatever. I was just adding ideas and definitions on the parts that people forgot to add something.

My experience on the PSAT

I felt like the PSAT took forever, but it was good because it a practice for the real SAT. Some people didn't take it and my head i was like "Don't you guys think about your future." For me the PSAT was easy except for the reading part where you have to go back and look for evidence.

My American Voice

I think that a good time to speak up is standing up for someone that is being treated bad or friends talking on their backs. I call it responsibility because each of us have a responsibility of talking care of one an other and treating each other with care. Yes I do speak up, but sometimes it depends on the situation. If the fighting is strong I will go look for an adult but if there is not fighting involved and only words I do because everyone need to respect one another. No, I will never speak up if I see a girl cheating on her boyfriend or a guy cheating on their girlfriend because I think that it is their relationship and I should not get involved. Also, I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. Yes I do I tell them, I tell them to calm down and think before speaking. When I speak up I speak up kindly because I don't want to make the problem bigger.

Letter

Dear psychiatrist,
I have a question an I am pretty sure that you could help me solve it. Why do people fight and why can't they control their anger? I have the question and sometimes I don't understand why it happens. I think that you are the right person to ask and I know that you could help me figure out the answer to this question. Sometimes I think that people fight because the cant control their anger. What can they do to control their anger?
Sincerely,
Ofelia Marin
